摘    要:高校辅导员队伍是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育队伍的骨干力量。如何进一步提高辅导员执行力,提高大学生思想政治教育效果是一个具有重要意义的课题.文章从人力资源开发与管理角度入手,提出实现人职匹配、健全培训机制、实行有效考核和完善考核机制等措施来提升辅导员执行力。
