| 摘 要： | 新时期高校学生社团活跃，建设好一批优秀的学生社团，有效发挥学生社团在思想教育、素质拓展和学生管理工作中的作用，在高校思想政治工作中具有十分重要的意义。为了适应社团建设的新要求，高校应加强大学生社团干部队伍和社团骨干队伍建设，既要注重社团干部团队整体素质的提高，又要重视社团干部的选拔、教育、管理。

| Abstract: | In the new period it is of great significance to build a number of outstanding students' association and give full play to their role in the ideological education,quality development and student management.Adapting to the new requirements for the construction of associations,universities and colleges should strengthen the construction in cadres and backbones.Attention should not only be paid to the improvement of the quality of cadres but also be paid to the selection,education,and management of the cadres. |
