聚丙烯/纳米CaCO3复合材料的制备及力学性能研究

摘    要:采用挤出造粒和注射成型的方法制备聚丙烯/纳米CaCO3复合材料试样条,测试了样条的力学性能,分析和研究了纳米CaCO3粒子的含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,复合材料的力学性能随着纳米CaCO3含量的增加呈现先升后降的趋势。当纳米CaCO3质量分数达6%左右时复合材料的力学性能较好,超过6%后力学性能开始下降。

Abstract:Splints of PP/nano-CaCO3 composites was prepared with the granulation extrusion and injection method.The impact of nano-CaCO3 particles content on the mechanical properties of composite materials was analysed and studied by testing the mechanical properties of splints.The experimental results showed that with the increase of nano-CaCO3 content mechanical properties of composites had the trend which at first increased and then decreased.When the nano-CaCO3 content was of around 6%,the mechanical properties o...
