| 摘 要： | 苏联长期盛行超越社会发展阶段的理论，并以这种理论指导社会主义建设的实践，从斯大林的社会主义“建成”论，到赫鲁晓夫的“建成共产主义”，再到勃列日涅夫的“发达社会主义理论”和安德罗波夫的“发达社会主义起点论”，都严重超越了苏联实际的社会发展阶段，这种理论所指导的实践也必然损害苏联的社会主义建设，理论和指导思想上的失误是苏联解体的重要原因。

| Abstract: | The theory of surpassing the development stage of the society has a long-term popularity in the Soviet Union,which is the instruction of the practice of the socialist construction.The theories,from Stalin's the Socialism Establishment,to Khrushchev's Establishment of Communism,to Brezhnev's Theory of Developed Socialism,to Andropov's the Starting Point of the Developed Socialism,severely overstep the true development stage of the Soviet Union,which inevitably does great harm to the socialist construction of the Soviet Union.The mistakes in the theory and the guide line are the main reasons for the disintegration of the Soviet Union. |
