信息化技术在高职数控设备故障诊断与维修课程中的实践——以“数控机床进给轴爬行故障检修”为例

摘    要:随着“互联网+”时代的到来,信息化教学是高职院校教学改革的趋势。文章以“数控机床进给轴爬行故障检修”这一工作任务为例,基于高职学生学情,分别从教学分析、教学策略、教学实施及教学评价与反思四个方面,阐述了信息化技术在高职数控专业的探索,打造了线上线下混合式教与学课堂。

Abstract:Informatization teaching is a good tendency of the education reform in the vocational colleges.This paper takes the task of corrective maintenance of crawling fault of CNC machine tool's feed shaft as an example,and expounds the exploration of information technology in NC major in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:teaching analysis,teaching strategy,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation and reflection.An online and offline hybrid teaching mode is built with informatization.Practice shows that the implementation of information-based teaching improves the teaching effect.
