盐酸生产过程中的游离氯控制与分析

摘    要:为消除氯碱工业盐酸生产过程中游离氯超标带来的危害,提升盐酸生产质量,探讨盐酸中游离氯含量的控制及分析方法,并进行准确度、精密度试验。结果表明:合理控制氯氢压力波动、氯氢配比、喷射泵抽力等,可有效控制盐酸中游离氯的含量;运用碘量法分析游离氯的含量,简单快捷,重现性较好,能为工艺控制提供准确的参考依据。

Abstract:To eliminate the harm caused by excessive free chlorine in the production of Chlor-alkali industrial hydrochloric acid,and to improve the quality of hydrochloric acid,the control and analysis of free chlorine content in hydrochloric acid are discussed,and the accuracy and precision tests are done.The results show that proper control of the pressure fluctuation of chlorine and hydrogen,the ratio of chlorine and hydrogen and the instability of pumping force of the jet pump can effectively determine the content of free chlorine in hydrochloric acid.Iodometry used to analyze the content of free chlorine proves to be simple and fast with good reproducibility,which provides accurate reference for process control.
