| 摘 要： | 本文对各类盱脏疾病及50例非肝脏疾病患者的血清谷眺甘肽S-转移酶(GST)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)进行了检测,结果表明,血清GST活性测定是一项特异性和敏感性均较好的肝功能指标,在甲型肝炎患者中,此酶活性显著升高,且与ALT呈正相关;在乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、肝硬化患者中GST都不同程度的升高;非肝脏疾病患者中,GST的阳性率低于ALT的阳性率。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we check the activities of serum glutathions s - transferase (GST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) of various hepetitis and 50 cases non -hepatitis. The results indicate that GST is one of highly specific and sensitive index for virus hepatitis. |
