| Abstract: | This paper investigated some domestic and foreign well - known University Library in development strategy, re- sources construction, service mode, the application of new technology, social services, etc. and pointed out that the local uni- versity library in today＇s information environment should learn from the new thinking, new technology to promote the exchange of a- cademic information, They should return to the strategic thinking served academic information exchange, uphold the ideas of open and sharing, serve the local economy and culture to develop their own characteristics, but also to strengthen the connotation con- struction of library itself. |
