| 摘 要： | 论文针对国民阅读率下降的原因，指出图书馆应采取提供更大的阅读便利，建立系统的阅读推广计划，加强少儿阅读习惯的培养，关注潜在阅读需求、网上阅读需求等对策，并通过加强与各方面的联系与合作，积极改善国民阅读状况，提高全民素质。

Some countermeasures of raising people's reading rate for libraries |

| Abstract: | In view of the drops of national reading rate,this paper points out that library should supply greater reading facilities,establish the systematic reading popularization scheme,strengthen the training of children' reading habits,con-cern the latent reading demand and the demand of reading on-line.Moreover,by means of strengthening cooperation with others,it can actively improve national reading state,so as to lift the whole nation's quality. |
