政府危机公关中的大众传媒

摘    要:传媒是政府和公众的纽带,承担着信息中介和舆论监督的双重功能。在危机爆发时,传媒对于政府危机公关有着传递、引导、协调、稳定的正面功能;政府在危机公关中运用传媒时也要防止过于偏向政府和过于偏向舆论两种倾向。此外,政府运用传媒应讲究工作方法和原则,多和传媒沟通交流,主动为传媒提供相关信息,让传媒进行公开、公正、公平的报道,将事实传递给公众,引导舆论,稳定人心,构建和谐社会。

Abstract:Being a link between the government and the public,media is responsible for information media and public opinion.When crisis breaks out,the media functions as transmission,guidance,coordination and stability in the government crisis management.However,the tendency of partiality for government or for public opinion should be forbidden when using the media in government crisis management.In addition,using the media,the government should pay attention to methods and principle,communicate with media constantly,and provide relevant information for media initiatively to give open-just-fair reports,tell the public truth,guide the public opinion and to build a harmonious society.
