| 摘 要： | 学校教育信息化工作的推进离不开领导、部门、教师和技术人员四个层面的支持,在传统的教学管理观念和做法根深蒂固的环境中实施教育信息化,无论在心理上还是操作上都会有一些背离信息化建设的心态出现。因此,在教育信息化进程中,学校对各个层次人员心理活动的充分理解,有助于学校领导根据实际情况作出有利于信息化进程的决策。

| Abstract: | Schooling informationalizing can't be carried out without the support of leaders, units, teachers and technicians. In the environment with rooted concept and practice of traditional teaching management the implementation of educational informationalizing can cause some ideas which are opposed to the construction of informationalizing in terms of psychology or operation. Thereby, school authority should understand the ideas at different levels in process of informationalizing, which helps leaders make favorable decisions in accordance with actual situation. |
