| 摘 要： | 终身体育这一新的体育思想，已成共识。学校体育的重要组成部分高校体育对终身体育有着深远的影响和至关重要的作用高校体育应怎样改革才能培养学生终身体育锻炼的习惯，使之与社会体育、终身体育相接轨。

| Abstract: | The society has already reached the agreement that the physical educat ion should be treated as a lifetime physical education. The college physical edu cation, as a very important part of the school physical education, not only has the great influence but also plays a very important role to the lifetime physica l education. To make the school physical education harmony with the social lifet ime physical education, after fully analyzing and discussing, this article tries to give some advice on how to help those college students in forming the right habit of their lifetime physical education during their college education course . |
