| 摘 要： | 目的探究我国乒乓球后备人才培养机制的可行性。方法以2018年全国青少年乒乓球巡回赛参赛成员为数据样本,进行了统计分析与数据整理,总结了当前乒乓球后备人才的年龄结构、打法特征、训练时间、文化课学习时间、以及文化课重视程度等关键数据样本特征。结果和结论目前在我国乒乓球后备人才培养中,各地区执教水平不一,训练方法及文化课开展存在较大的差异性。需要扩大实战训练,增强少年组健康比赛心态。同时合理调节训练量及训练比例,加强文化重视程度,并补充文化课学习时间,方能达到更为理想的培养效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of the training mechanism of table tennis reserve talents in China. Methods Statistical analysis and data collection were carried out with participants of the 2018 national youth table tennis tour as data samples, and the key data sample features of current table tennis reserve talents, including age structure, playing method characteristics, training time, learning time of cultural courses, and emphasis of cultural courses were summarized. Results and Conclusion At present, in the training of table tennis reserve talents in China, the teaching level varies from regions, and there are great differences in training methods and cultural courses. It is necessary to expand practical training and enhance the mentality of healthy competition of juvenile group. At the same time, we should adjust the amount and proportion of training reasonably, strengthen the degree of cultural attention, and supplement the learning time of cultural courses, so as to achieve a better training effect. |
