| 摘 要： | 逆向教学设计颠覆了传统教学设计思路,是警察体育教学促进警察职业专业技能发展的重要手段。设计通过以学员的学习预期出发,引导学员独立思考,以培养学员创新精神和能力为目标。它的教学设计理念是充分发挥学员现有能力,加深对警察实战技战术应用的认识和理解,调动学生积极性、自觉性,围绕培养学生意志品质和实战能力为中心,以知识为桥梁,以探究、实践为基础,从而达到增强学生身体素质水平,提高其实战对抗能力和增强应急处置能力。

| Abstract: | Backward design subverts the traditional instructional design thinking and is an important means of promoting the development of police professional skills in police physical education teaching, which aims at cultivating students’ innovative spirit and ability by guiding them to think independently based on their learning expectations. Its teaching design idea is to give full play to students’ existing abilities, deepen their understanding of the application of police combat techniques and tactics, mobilize students’ enthusiasm and consciousness, focus on cultivating students’ volitional quality and combat ability, take knowledge as a bridge, and take inquiry and practice as the basis, so as to enhance students’ physical quality, improve their ability of operational confrontation and enhance their emergency response capacity. |
