| Abstract: | The innovative work of ethic and moral education in higher learning institutions should be centered about the holistic cultivation of university students. Through building up a scientific, appropriate, flexible and harmonious ethic and moral education management environment, the approach should be interactive, and integrative. Also the assessment of innovative work should be systematic. |
