| 摘 要： | 日本经济的迅速发展得益于企业对信息有效收集、管理和利用。日本企业信息管理机构健全、信息化程度高，信息收集方式灵活多样，重视信息的分析研究与共享，日本政府也从宏观上给予有效的调控和充分的支持。日本在这方面的成功经验对我国企业发展有诸多宝贵启示。
