| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等，从上海市大型体育场馆运营管理调研入手，深入了解当前上海市大型体育场馆运营管理基本状况，调查研究目前上海市大型体育场馆的基本结构类型、投资主体、运营主体及基础职能，指出上海市大型体育场馆运营管理所存在的困难及主要问题，进而探索性地提出上海市大型体育场馆运营管理改革的基本思路与路径选择，以期从全新的视角综合性建构未来上海市大型体育场馆运营管理模式。

| Abstract: | By the ways of document consultation and questionnaire, the paper tries to reveal the present basic status of the operation management of the stadiums in Shanghai based on an investigation of the stadiums. The paper focuses on the basic structure category, the main bodies of investment and operation as well as the fundamental function of the stadiums in Shanghai. It points out the existing dififculties and major problems in the stadiums’ operation management. It tentatively suggests the basic concept and path choice of the operation management reform for the stadiums in Shanghai so as to set up comprehensively a future operation management model for Shanghai stadiums from a new angle. |
