| 摘 要： | 对高师学生的见习状况进行了深入分析,指出其存在低效、无监督、缺乏指导等弊端,提出了相应的解决方案,即构建＂在线教育见习共同体＂实现教育资源共享,以老带新的见习模式,从而提高学生的见习效果,真正达到教育见习的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the present probation of college students in normal colleges and points out its disadvantages,and puts forward its corresponding solution,establishing a community of education practice online,in which the students can learn from the senior students and the teachers of middle schools so that the result of their probation can be raised. |
