摘    要:针对21世纪中国高等教育改革以"提高教育质量和效益"为主题实施"质量工程"的问题,运用苏联巴班斯基的"教学过程最优化理论"和20世纪西方教学科学化运动提出的"有效教学理论",并结合本校教学实例,对"课堂教学整体优化的构建"进行研究和论证,力图探求一条"提高教育质量和效益"的途径。

Abstract:In the 21st century China’s higher education reform takes "enhancing educational quality and benefit" as the subject and implements "quality project".Using the Soviet Union’s Babanski’s "Theory of Most optimized Teaching Process" and the "Effective Teaching Theory" proposed by the Western teaching scientific movement in the 20th century,and combining the college’s detailed teaching examples,the paper researches into the construction of overall optimization of classroom teaching so as to explore a way to improve educational quality and benefit.
