摘    要:青年教师是培养跨世纪人才的主力军,课堂教学是"质量工程"实施的核心阵地。受各种主客观因素的影响,高校青年教师的教学能力和教学效果却不容乐观,青年教师的教学质量成为高校教学质量的薄弱环节,提高青年教师的教学能力成为我国高等教育质量工程能否顺利推进的一个亟待解决的问题。本文尝试立足课堂教学,搭建校本培训平台,从课堂教学规范化、科学化、艺术化的角度探讨青年教师课堂教学能力提高的对策。

Abstract:The young teachers are the main force to cultivate cross-century talents,and classroom teaching is the core position to implement "Quality Project".Affected by a variety of subjective and objective factors,young college teachers’ teaching ability and teaching is not quite satisfactory,and the quality of their teaching becomes the weak link of college teaching quality.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the teaching ability of young teachers.This paper attempts to be based on classroom teaching,build a college-based training platform,and probe into the countermeasures to improve young teachers’ classroom teaching ability.
