| 摘 要： | 朝鲜半岛问题向来是国际关系中的一大热点，是国际问题研究的重要课题。均势是国际关系中一个古老的概念，有着悠久的理论积淀，存在不同的类型。尽管冷战后围绕朝鲜半岛问题出现了诸多变化，传统的均势理论仍然可以提供一个分析的角度。均势的重要作用不应该被忽视，无论是在理论上还是在国际政治实践中，均势都能给人们不少的启发。
