| Abstract: | In the 1950s and the 1960s,under a given historical condition after the war China adopted a policy "Nongovern mental trade should go ahead of promoting official relations between China and Japan" and used it to open a way. It created favourable conditions for realization of normalization of the diplomatic relations between the two countries. |
