| 摘 要： | 低碳减排是当前全球关注的焦点问题之一。低碳减排不仅对人类社会发展是有益的,同时也是人类可持续发展的必然要求。维持自然界的碳循环平衡本身就是生态文明的内在要求,低碳文化也是生态文化的内在要求。将低碳上升到文化的高度、建立低碳文化,对维持碳循环平衡和实行低碳减排是有重要作用和价值的。低碳文化的建立需要将低碳观念与人们的世界观、科技观、教育观等多方面进行关联。
