| 摘 要： | 体育活动中快乐体验类型体系是承载与时代发展要求相适应的新型体育教学模式——快乐体育模式的重要根基。体育活动中的快乐体验包含了来自精神和躯体方面的双重体验。此外,体育项目的不同,主体所得到的快乐体验类型也有所差异。
