| 摘 要： | 我国的中小企业是缓解就业压力的重要渠道、加快技术创新的动力源泉、保证市场活力的重要力量。目前，我国中小企业在内部融资、间接融资和直接融资方面都面临困难，其主要原因有中小企业内部因素、政府作用缺失和融资制度不健全。破解中小企业的融资难问题，中小企业要提高自身素质，金融体制机制要加快改革，政府要增强扶植企业力度。

| Abstract: | China＇s SMEs is an important channel to ease the employment pressure, accelerating technological innovation of the power source as, an important force to ensure market viability. At present, China SMEs in the internal financing, indirect financing and direct financing are facing difficulties, mainly due to internal factors of SMEs, lack of government action and imperfect financing system. Crack the problem of financing of small and medium enterprises, improve their own quality, mechanisms to accelerate the reform of the financial system, the government should strengthen efforts to foster enterprise. |
