| 摘 要： | 文章通过个案研究的方法，对广东理工职业学院图书馆微博粉丝的需求与行为进行调查，分析了粉丝使用微博的行为习惯、关注图书馆微博的动机、信息获取需求、转发评论行为和保持关注的原因，提出了理念设定、加强宣传力度、促进与粉丝互动、改进信息发布、微博有效管理等图书馆微博优化的策略。
