| Abstract: | With the advent of knowledge economy era, the demand for cultural information resource becomes more and more wide. Being congenial with the public service system and opening to the whole society, the individualized services provided by university libraries have aroused more and more concern among all walks of life. This article makes a probe into the service mechanism in the amalgamation with public libraries, the participation in social and economic construction and in the promotion of the cultural construction of the grassroots. |
