| 摘 要： | 如今，随着电视媒体的迅猛发展，传播形式和分工种类越来越多元和细化。其中现场直播报道成为各大电视媒体在竞争中至关重要的方式，而在报道的过程中，出镜记者与观众进行最为直接的交流，是报道的关键人物。正是因为出镜记者的多能化和实用性，出镜记者专业在各大高校应运而生。而很多高校出于不同的招生模式和学科发展等情况，对于出镜记者专业的培养模式和方案都还在探索和实验当中，但对出镜记者专业学生语言表达能力的重要性得到了一致的共鸣。本文结合一线教学经验，就出镜记者专业学生的基础语言表达出现的问题进行分析和探讨，并提出一些较为有效的提高语言表达能力的教学方法，为出镜记者专业学生在业务基础以及学科能力的培养上提供帮助。

Pondering on the Cultivation of the Language Expression Ability of Students Majoring in On-camera Reporter |

| Abstract: | Nowadays, with the rapid development of the television media, patterns of communication and types of labor division are increasingly pluralistic and refined. On-camera live coverage has become a critical pattern in the competition of all television me-dia, while the on-camera reporter, directly communicating with the audience in a coverage, is the key person in the coverage. It is because of the multi-function and practicability of on-camera reporters that make the corresponding major appear in colleges and universities. Due to different scales of enrollment and disci-plinary development, the cultivation model and plan for the major of on-camera reporter have still been explored and tested,but the importance of the language expression ability of students majoring in on-camera has been affirmed unanimously. Combined with first line teaching experience, this paper analyzed and explored the problems existing in the basic language expression of students majoring in on-camera reporter, and propos ed some teaching methods to effectively improve language expression ability, hop-ing to provide some help for the cultivation of the professional knowledge and disciplinary abilities of students majoring in on-camera reporter. |
