浅谈罗森塔尔效应在教学设计中的应用

摘    要:“罗森塔尔效应”即期望效应,学生通过感受课堂教学中教师对其能力或行为的期望,变得更加自信,从而使教师的期望变成学生的现实表现,学生学习效果得到提高。而教学设计的目的就是促进学习者学习,本文从教学目标、学习者分析、学习动机和教学评价方面探讨了罗森塔尔效应在教学设计中的应用,并对如何正确看待罗森塔尔效应提出了四点作者自己的看法。

A Brief Discussion on the Application of Rozentali Effect in Teaching Design

Abstract:"Rozentali Effect" means expectation effect, in which students become more self-confident through feeling the teach-er's expectations of their abilities and behaviors in classroom teaching, thus the teacher's expectations are transformed into students' real performance, and students' learning effect is im-proved. The aim of teaching design is to promote the learners' learning. From teaching aims, learners analysis, learning motiva-tions and teaching evaluation, this paper explored the application of Rozentali Effect in teaching design, and proposed four personal views on how to correctly treat Rozentali Effect.
