| 摘 要： | 科技道德的激励功能,就是通过理想、榜样、评价等外在诱因和科技工作者本身的责任感、荣誉感、成就感等内在动力,两者相互作用,形成一股激发、鼓励科技人员积极、向上的精神力量,诱发他们发明创造的欲望,立志献身科学,努力拼搏,无私奉献,为追求科学真理而奋斗终生。

| Abstract: | The incentive function of scientific and technical morality lies in the outer incentives such as ideals,examples,appraisal,and the inner drive such as the sense of responsibility,honor and the achievements of scientific and technical workers.The two parts interact each other to form a spiritual strength to stimulate scientist and technicians to be active both in invention and in creation,to encourage them to dedicate themselves to science,and to motivate them working hard,making contribution selfless and pursuing scientific truth in lifetime. |
