| 摘 要： | 文章以企业社会资本为桥梁构建企业社会责任与企业价值的概念模型,提出企业社会责任与企业价值的相关假设,建立回归模型,运用统计分析方法,对相关数据进行回归分析,验证提出的研究假设,验证了企业社会责任对企业价值有积极的作用。
