| 摘 要： | 医院人事档案的信息化管理技术包括计算机数据库技术、网络技术、安全保密技术3部分。在坚持传统的人事档案收集、保管、利用的原则下,充分应用计算机等现代办公手段对人事档案实施信息化网络化管理,不但快速、高效、方便,而且可以延长人事档案资料的使用寿命。
