| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工已经成为农民工群体的主体,具有明显不同的群体和时代特征,在参与体育方面上,也有着强烈的保障诉求。运用文献资料调研等研究方法,阐述新生代农民工特征,分析其在制度、经济、教育、文化等方面的保障诉求,从改革城乡二元分割制度,确立体育管理主体,完善利益表达机制,构建体育文化,加强社会融入等方面,提出具体的实现路径。

| Abstract: | New migrant workers has become the main groups of migrant workers,It has obvious characteristics of different groups and times,participating in sports,but also the protection of a strong demand.Through literature research and other research methods,describes new migrant workers,and analyzes its system,economy,education,culture and other aspects of indemnification demands,put forward the urban-rural split system reform,establishment of the main sports management,improve the mechanism for expression of interests,build sports culture,strengthening of social integration in terms of concrete implementation path. |
