| 摘 要： | ＂内家拳＂是中国传统武术一个常被提及、充满神秘、让人想象的概念。内家拳概念需要进行梳理,由于内家拳概念模糊,特征不明,由此可能滋生传统武术神秘主义以及反对玄学进而忽视传统武术理论研究,而这些都将成为武术健康发展的障碍。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,借助牛顿经典力学对内家拳概念的产生及演变、内家拳劲力的意义和作用、内家拳特征展开探讨。长期以来二元对立观非此即彼的思维方式局限了对内家拳的视角,言＂内家＂必提及＂外家＂,甚至认为内外家是武术一种分类方法。应该说传统武术有内、外家之说,而内、外家的武术分类并不严谨。内家拳的最初概念,指的是王征南一系的浙东内家拳;而其后内家拳概念转移到清朝影响深远的三大拳种,并沿用至今,这是内家拳概念的演变过程。内家拳劲力相对稳定,与内家拳概念的演变相比,劲力是贯穿内家拳体系关键＂基因＂,不受拳种盛衰、流派增减、风格变化的影响。内家拳的特点主要有：哲学式的表达方式;主静处雌内家拳整体风格;后发而先至内家拳技击原则。

| Abstract: | ＂ Neijia Quan＂ is （）lien mentioned in Chinese traditional martial arts, which is full of mystery and imagine. The study of ＂ Neijia Quan＂ is requisite, because of the ambiguity of the eoneept and ieatures, which may breed of the Chinese traditional martial arts＇ mysticism and metaphysics. These will become an obstacle to the development of Chinese martial arts. In this paper, the Research method of literature, logical analysis, Newton＇s classical mechanics was used to study the concept change, ＂Jin Li＂ meaning and characteristics of ＂Neijia Quan＂. For a long time dualistie way of thinking either - or view restricted viewing angle to ＂Neijia Quan＂, the words ＂ Neijia＂ will refer to ＂ Waijia＂ , even thought there was created that classification of Chinese martial arts. It shouht be said there is ＂Neijia＂ and ＂Waijia＂, but the category is not strict. The concepts of ＂Ncijia Quan＂, referring to Wang Zheng - nan at first;then change to the system of three major School（ Xingyi, Taiji and Bagua）. ＂Jin Li＂ is relatively stable, compared with the concept Change of ＂Neijia Quan＂, not effect with development of ＂Neijia Quan＂ and style changes.
