南京市企业职工健康管理之研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对南京市大型企业职工的健康管理现状进行研究,旨在为我国企业职工健康管理发展提供理论依据和实践指导。结论如下:1、南京市企业职工的健康管理服务项目比较齐全,在健康普查服务、体育活动促进计划等方面开展得较好,但在健康风险评估、慢性疾病管理和疾病干预方面明显落后。2、在体育活动促进计划方面,南京市企业能较好地为职工组织体育比赛、提供运动设施,但在补贴会员卡、提供运动课程等方面明显不足。3、南京市企业聘请的健康指导员主要由医生兼任,专职人员比例很小。4、南京市企业大多与医院或体检中心合作,为职工提供的健康服务内容主要局限于健康普查。5、与国企相比,民企在职工健康管理服务内容、体育活动促进计划、健康指导员以及与健康服务机构合作方面均存在明显差距。建议:1、倡导职工健康管理服务新理念,将职工的健康管理外包给专业的健康管理机构,实现体检、健康风险评估与健康促进计划相结合的专业化管理。2、开展丰富多彩的体育活动促进计划、聘请专业的健康指导员为职工的健康促进服务。3通过宣传教育、行政干预等手段提高民营企业管理者对于职工健康管理的重视程度和经费投入。

Abstract:We use of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews and other methods to investigate and analysis of the status of implementation of employee's health management in large enterprises of Nanjing.This study aims at providing a theoretical basis and guidance on practices for the development of the employee's health management in enterprises.Getting following conclusions through research: 1.Most companies provide their employees with health management programs to health screening services and sports activities,and the percentage of other health management program is very low.2.The percentage the enterprise organizes sports events and provides sports facilities for their employee is higher,but that of other promotion programs of sports activities is lower.3.The health instructor the enterprise employs is doctor who can only provide pate-time service.The percentage of the professional health instructor is very low.4.Enterprise mainly coopers with hospital or medical institutions to provide only health screening services for their employee.5.State-owned enterprises provide better health management service for their employee in many aspects then private enterprises.Suggestion: 1.Employee health management should be outsourced to professional health management organization,to achieve the professional health management including the physical examination,health risk assessment and health promotion programs combined.2.The enterprise should organize all kinds of sports events and employ professional health instructor to promote the health of their employee.3.The leader of private enterprises should be educated and intervened to realize the importance of employee's health management and spend more expenditure in it.
