| 摘 要： | 本研究从公共产品的理论出发,探讨城市公共体育设施的＂准公共产品性质＂,对其的免费开放及维护进行经济学理论分析。针对公共体育设施的＂负外部性＂问题,用成本收益分析法对设施的使用过程进行分析,并且结合理论与实践,提出了一系列的措施。

| Abstract: | This article started from the theory of Public Goods, and discussed ＂the nature of quasi -public goods＂ of public sports facilities, and then analyzed its opening free from an economic point. Referred to the ＂negative externality＂ problem of public sports facilities, we used Cost - benefit analysis to analyze its using process, and put forward a series of solutions based on the combination of theory and practice. |
