| 摘 要： | 奥林匹克主义以体育运动为主要载体，通过对青年一代进行身体、心智和道德品质等多方面的教育，培养全面发展的人。在阐述奥林匹克主义精神实质的基础上，分析了当代中国青年的精神危机，强调了奥林匹克主义对当代中国青年在理想、精神、爱国主义、热情奉献与开拓创新、诚信及心理健康等方面的教育价值。

| Abstract: | Taking sports as the main content, the Olympism aims at cultivating all -round individuals by carrying out physical, mental and moral education for young generations. On the basis of setting forth the spiritual essence of Olympism, Analyses the spirit crisis among Chinese youth in the contemporary era, and stresses the educational function of Olympism in the aspects of ideal , spirit, patriotism, dedication, enterprising spirit, credit and mental health among them. |
