肾上腺髓质素信号转导作用及其机制研究

摘    要:肾上腺髓质素(ADM)是近年来发现的一种在人体内广泛分布的内源性血管活性肽,且具有广泛的生物学特性。本文综述了近年来有关ADM的受体、ADM信号转导作用通路的讨论及ADM与胞浆游离钙关系的研究进展。

Abstract:Adrenomedullin(ADM) is a recently discovered endogenesis active peptide that has been detected in many tissues and is involved in many physiological and pathological process.Based on a large quantities of research papers,the review summarizes the research progress of receptor and signal transduction of ADM as well as the relation between ADM and intracellular free Ca2+ .
