| 摘 要： | 对1475名高职学生上网现状的调查，发现互联网成为学生生活、学习帮手的同时，上网成瘾又会导致学业成绩的不佳和身心健康的损害。针对性地开展健康教育，健全大学生心理素质，提高驾驭网络的自控力，是学校、社会及家庭共同的责任。

| Abstract: | Survey on hitting the Internet bars of 1,475 secondary vocational students revealed that the Internet has become the helper of students, made them addict to it and badly influenced their study and health as well. Thus, school, society and family＇ s responsibility to carry out the health education, perfect secondary vocational students＇ mental quality, enhance self-control. |
