摘    要:通过观察训练周期中女子运动员血清NO、NOS活性的变化,了解拳击训练对女子运动员血清NO、NOS活性的影响。结果显示:实验组血清NO含量、TNOS、cNOS活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),说明系统训练可提高女子拳击运动员血清NO、NOS水平,对于保护和改善血管内皮功能有着重要意义。

Abstract:In order to understand the influence of long-term systemic boxing exercise on female athletes' serum nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase level, this article observed the change of NCKNOS level in female boxers. The results show that serum NO content, TNOS, cNOS activity of exercise groups were remarkably higher than those of the control groups; Exercise groups self- compare, serum NO content, TNOS, cNOS activity and MDA content all rise remarkably. It is believed that systemic exercise training can augment serum NO and NOS level of female boxer and protect vascular endothelium.
