摘    要:论述了肝细胞发生凋亡时的超微结构特征及其动态过程,介绍了肝细胞凋亡过程中SOD,GSH-Px,MDA及线粒体膜电位的变化,阐明了不同强度运动对肝细胞凋亡的影响,认为大强度运动可诱导肝细胞凋亡,而运动后机体抗氧化能力的下降,是肝细胞发生凋亡的机制之一.

Abstract:The ultrastructure and the dynamic morphological process of hepatocyte apoptosis was studied. Changes in the activity of SOD, GSH-Px, the quantity of MDA and the mitochondrial membrane potential was also introduced to prove the relationship between different kinds of exercise intensity and the apoptosis of rat hepatocytes. It is pointed out that exercise can lead to rat hepatocyte apoptosis, which may be the result of decreased antioxidative capability of hepatocytes after exercise.
