| 摘 要： | 在科技成果转化日益加快的信息时代，在世界经济日益全球化的今天，高校校办产业既有难得的发展机遇，又有严峻的现实挑战。抓住机遇，迎接挑战，使高校校办产业能够上规模、提高效益，推动教育事业的发展。其构想是：建立新的管理体制和运行机制；创办技术密集型产业；强化服务意识，营造创业环境。

| Abstract: | In the informational era when scientific achievements are increasingly rapidly transferred and nowadays the world' s economy is increasingly globalized, the school-run university industries enjoy good opportunities for development and face severe practical challenges. We must seize the opportunities and meet the challenges in order to expand school-run university industries, raise their efficiency so as to push forward the development of educational cause. The concept is: to establish a new management system and functional system; to set up skill-concentrated industries; to reinforce service senses to create an atmosphere for struggling. |
