| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的进一步深化和国有企业改革的推进,必将有一部分人员提前退出工作岗位,这部分人员融入基本医疗保险,将会对基本医疗保险制度的稳健运行和可持续发展产生影响。妥善解决好这部分职工的医疗保险问题,对我市构建和谐社会和实现率先发展都有积极的意义。

| Abstract: | Along with further deepening of market economy and pushing of state-owned enterprise reformation,some staff will be retired in advance,the basic medical insurance of whom will influence on the medical insurance system operating and sustainable development.Dealing with the problem is of the significant meaning for building harmonious society realizing sustainable development. |
