| 摘 要： | 心理定势在当今的竞技体育运动中有着举足轻重的作用。本文列举和分析了我国优秀运动员在 2 7届悉尼奥运会比赛中的成功事例 ,提出了运动员在日常训练及比赛时期应具有的心理定势。

| Abstract: | The mental orientation plays a very important role in modern competitive sports.This paper synthesizes and analyses performances of Chinese elite athletes in the 27th Olympic Games and puts forward the required mental orientation of athletes during their training and competition,which might be helpful for coaches and athletes. |
