| 摘 要： | 分析研究我国残疾人弱势群体基本现状，总结出知识贫困是影响残疾人弱势群体生活水平的重要因素，认为高师院校图书馆有必要对残疾人弱势群体提供知识援助；提出对残疾人弱势群体提供知识援助的方式，包括无障碍设施建设、残疾人文献资源建设、更新服务观念、开展残疾人个性化服务等。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the basic status quo of the disabled vulnerable group, concludes knowledge poverty is the key factor that influences the living conditions of the disabled vulnerable group.It analyzes the necessity of the knowledge aid from normal university libraries for them, and proposes the suggestions of patterns serving for the disabled vulnerable group, which include constructing barrier-free facilities, changing service concepts, strengthening literature resource construction for the disabled and providing various personalized services. |
