| 摘 要： | 对中小生产企业物流创新模式的探讨,旨在结合中小生产企业的特点,提出加强物流管理的模式与方法,从而促进我国中小生产企业的快速发展。文章介绍了中小生产企业物流管理模式的现状,分析了目前物流管理存在的主要问题;结合中小生产企业的特点,提出了若干有创新意义的物流管理模式。
