| 摘 要： | 温州经济在新一轮市场竞争中增长速度趋缓，既有客观原因，也有主观原因。“资源瓶颈”约束、产业发展的路径依赖、投资渠道不畅、政府服务效率不高等成为新阶段制约温州经济快速增长的主要因素。改革土地和人才使用政策、促进传统产业升级、健全投融资体制、提高政府运行效率是解决温州经济发展难题的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The development of Wenzhou Economy tends to slow down in the new turn of market competition,there are not only objective reasons,but also subjective ones.The "resource bottleneck" restraining,dependence on the way of industrial development,the channel of investing to be impeded,and the lower government service efficiency etc.have become the primary factors to restrict the rapid development of Wenzhou Economy.To reform the land-use and personnel policies,promote the upgrading of traditional industries,improve the investment and financing systems and improve the efficiency of the operation of the government are effective solutions to the problem of Wenzhou Economy. |
