| 摘 要： | 以乌鲁木齐县方家庄村为例,运用实证研究的方法,研究了农家乐旅游对目的地劳动力素质的影响。结果表明：农家乐旅游对当地劳动力素质的影响主要表现在思想政治素质、身体素质、科学文化素质及劳动技能素质四个方面;不同收入水平、年龄及职业的劳动力素质受农家乐旅游的影响存在差异,并分析了差异产生的原因。

| Abstract: | The article,based on the tourism village of Fangjiazhuang in Urumqi county,investigates the influences of farmhouse-cheering styled tour on the quality of laborers in the tourism places with positive research method.The research shows that this kind of tour has a great influence on the quality of laborers who are engaged in tourism in the tourism places and the influence focuses on the following four aspects： ideological and political quality,physical quality,cultural quality,and the quality of professional skills.The data demonstrates that the influence on the quality is different to different laborers with different income,different age and different professions the laborers took up before. |
