| 摘 要： | 从教育部2005年颁行的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》和某大学内部学生管理规定可以看到,我国高校内部学生管理规定获得了可喜进步,但从以人为本、和谐社会建构的高度审视,在权利保护和立法技术等问题上仍存在较多问题。应当改变价值取向,借鉴公务法人、正当程序原则等理论,完善高校内部学生管理的有关规定。

| Abstract: | As can be seen from the new Stipulation of College Students' Management by the ministry of education and the inner stipulation of students' management of a college,inner stipulation of college students' management in China is seeing considerable improvements.But there still exists many problems such as in the protection of rights and legislative technique observed from the stature of people oriented and harmonious society.What should be done is to change the value orientation and use the theory of public corporation and Due Process of Law for reference,in order better to perfect inner stipulations of college students' management. |
