| 摘 要： | 快攻是篮球比赛中一个最重要、最锐利的攻击武器，是进攻得分和球队综合实力的充分体现，而快攻意识的强弱是决定能否完成快攻的关键。本文以NBA强队太阳队为例，在借鉴传统的篮球快攻意识理论的基础上，通过分析太阳队的快攻战术，使学生能深刻清晰的理解和认识快攻，改变以往的稳扎稳打阵地战思想，加强快攻意识，让他们认识到快攻才是进攻的第一选择，只有坚持打快攻才能发挥出最高水平。

A Brief Talk on the Cultivation of Students' Awareness of Fest Break in the Basketball Match |

| Abstract: | Fast break or quick attack, which reflects the team＇s comprehensive strength, is the most effective tactics. Take the US NBA phoenix Suns for example. On the basis of fast break theory the paper analyses the tactics to help the students understand fast break well, The PE teachers can cultivate their students＇ awareness of the tactics and replace their traditional tactics of offensive position by the one of fast break and make them know that in a basketball match the fast break is the first choice and only fast break can ensure the good demonstration of their best skill and their victory. |
